Substantial farm disposal sales announced



Saturday 10th September and Wednesday 28th September 2011

This is the preliminary notification of two substantial farm dispersal auctions. The first is being held on Saturday 10th September and the second on Wednesday 28th September. Both of the sales are to be held on the Bossington Estate, near Stockbridge, Hampshire.

The first sale being conducted by Peter Crichton, will be the sale of all of the specialist outdoor pig equipment and machinery once used for a substantial outdoor pig enterprise. In total about 1000 lots will be on offer. Please contact Peter Crichton for further information and catalogues for the specialist pig equipment and machinery sale.

For the second sale, BCM has been instructed to undertake a farm dispersal sale following a reorganisation of the farming business. The diverse estate extends over 2,500 acres and lots available include a combine harvester, 8 tractors, various vehicles, arable, grassland and livestock equipment, as well as farm machinery, feeders, workshop tools, spares, parts and sundries, totalling approximately 250 lots.
