United Kingdom-Lambing Open Day attracts 3,000 people.
UNITED KINGDOM-LAMBING OPEN DAY GREAT ATTRACTION.
HUGE crowds turned out in the sunshine at Wiltshire College Lackham at the weekend to see lambs being born at the farm.
More than 3,000 adults and children went along to the college to see several sets of twins and triplets born in the sunny weather and families were able to see other animals on the farm, as it opened for the first time at the lambing event.
Crowds were able tyo look around the farm and see the dairy and beef calves and milking as well as the farm’s pigs.
Children and parents alike enjoyed the resident minature railway that travels around the country park and there were also plenty of refreshments for people to enjoy.
The second lambing weekend will be held this weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm on both days with last admission at 4pm.
