PROPOSALS TO permanently reduce the charges imposed on sheep farmers for disposing of their sheep dip should save the Scottish sheep sector £133,000 per year.

According to NFU Scotland, this breakthrough on dip disposal licences could herald further reductions in the financial and bureaucratic burden placed on farmers.
