MEXICO LIFTS BAN ON 5 MORE MEAT PLANTS.

Mexico sent confirmation to the USDA on Tuesday evening, that 5 more meat plants have been placed on the list of approved plants, to export to Mexico.

This makes a total of 26 of the 30 plants that were de-listed, now back on the list of approved premises along with the other 1,600 meat plants, that are also approved.

The sanitation problems have been corrected, and the USDA emailed this information to Mexico on Tuesday afternoon.

This has been a very embarrassing time for the meat industry in the United States, taken to task by their poor relations from south of the border.
