Land near Llwynfedwen

The land comprises two most useful parcels of pastureland, lying at 950 feet above sea level, with frontages to the A4215. Lot 1 has good roadside frontages and comprises three enclosures intersected by a natural stream. Lot 2 comprises two good sized enclosures with an area of open natural woodland to the northern boundary and this, plus a number of broadleaved trees and hedgerow trees provide good shade and shelter for livestock. There is a natural stream to the northern boundary.
