Mares Close

The land comprises five productive arable field parcels, available in 4 lots with road frontage and enclosed within a mixture of established hedge and fence boundaries. The fields are well shaped and of good sizes, equally suitable to
either arable or grazing use.

Although currently designated as Green Belt, the land may offer potential long term planning opportunities by virtue of its location between Seghill and Seaton Delaval.

Situation
The land was formerly part of Mares Close Farm which lies approximately 1 mile north east of the village of Seghill. The land is situated within 1.5 miles of the A19 and sits close to the A190 Seghill to Seaton Delaval road.

Lots 1 and 2 lie on the western side of the mineral railway line and are accessed via a level crossing at the western end of the Mares Close road. Lots 3 and 4 to the south are accessed direct from the A190.
