Townland Oast Farm is situated in the parish of Woodchurch approximately 4 miles east of the popular town of Tenterden with its day to day shopping and leisure facilities.
The larger population centre of Ashford with its excellent links to the national motorway network, national rail network and the channel tunnel is approximately 7 miles to the north-east. The new high speed rail link to St Pancras takes approximately 35 minutes.
The land laid to grass and extends to a total of approximately 99.66 acres divided into 10 hedged and fenced fields with a small wood on the northern boundary. In recent years the property has been grazed on an informal basis by a local livestock farmer.
THE FISHING LAKES
There are four fishing lakes extending to a total of approximately 5 acres.
One lake is stocked with trout, the other three contain a variety of freshwater fish including carp, tench, roach, rudd and chub.
