General Information
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the CLA Game Fair. In this section you will find all of the information you need to make your visit go smoothly. Please remember that the event is held on an open-field site and please dress according to the weather and conditions, for your comfort.

 
Opening Times
Car Parks, entrances and facilities:
Friday: 6am - 7.30pm
Saturday: 6am - 6pm
Sunday: 6am - 6pm
 
Exhibition stands and displays:
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 9am - 6pm
 
Children’s Creche
Located in the Active Countryside feature, this facility provides a safe and fun area where you can leave your children with qualified professionals whilst you enjoy the show. For more information, visit www.ssgservices.co.uk.
 
Children’s Wristbands
The CLA Game Fair is a busy place and children can be easily seperated from their parents or guardians while attending the event. Children's wristbands are an easy and useful way of reuniting lost children with their families.
Make sure you make a stop at the booths just inside each of the entrances to collect your FREE wristbands.
 
Disabled Facilities
Special electric vehicles are provided by Event Mobility. These vehicles are pre-booked only. For more information, contact Event Mobility on 01386 725391, info@eventmobility.org.uk and visit their website at www.eventmobility.org.uk. Please note, bookings cannot be made over the phone
Toilets: All toilet blocks have disabled facilities.
Car Park: Disabled visitors have a dedicated forward parking area.
 
Dog Creche
You can leave your dog at the Dog Creche for up to four hours with experienced and qualified staff, while you look around the show. This area is open to all dog owners and is the perfect solution for bored dogs who might find the show rather noisy and overpowering, especially in the hot weather.
 
Baby Change Facilities
There are baby change facilities in all disabled toilet blocks.
 
Cash Points
A full range of banking facilities are available.
 
First Aid
The Medical Centre is located beside the Organiser's Office.
 
Gun Store
When you are not shooting on the Shooting Line, this is a safe place to leave your gun and ammunition.
 
Shop
The Game Fair shop stocks all those miscellaneous items you might need ie. aspirin, suncream, etc.
 
Veterinary
The Veterinary Surgeon can be contacted through the Organiser's Office.
 
Gun Storage
And if you are planning to do some serious shopping, the CLA Game Fair offers safe and secure gun facility at the Clay Line. Daily storage available from 8.30am to 5pm and over night storage for an extra charge.
 
Shop and Drop
If you've found you've bought too much to carry, the Shop and Drop point means you'll be able to leave your purchases safely whilst you suss out more bargains.
The Shop and Drop is located in the heart of the show and provides safe and secure storage for all your shopping.
