- Brook Meadow is a quiet family run caravan and camping site, set in the beautiful rural countryside on the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire border. Brook Meadow is a working farm set in 400 acres of peaceful woodland, and pasture grazed by our cattle, with 15 acres designed for a perfect caravanning and camping experience. The tranquil site has a 5 acre lake where you can watch the stunning sunset and some of our wildlife visitors, which include deer, rabbits, hares and a wide variety of birds including owls, buzzards and red kites.

Brook Meadow host 3 self-catering lodges with breath taking views over the lake and grounds. For 2018 we have our brand new luxury Woodpecker Lodge.
Woodpecker lodge has been decorated to a high specification with a calming, English botanical flavour to connect with nature and the lakeside setting. The lodge has a beautiful view of the lake from the living spaces. This stunning and harmonious lodge interior has been decorated with creativity by an award winning designer. It is fully serviced with weekly clean and linen change. Guests will enjoy sleeping on quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton bedding and cozying up with velvet cushions in front of a fire. You will find a well equipped kitchen to eat in and all you should need to relax, kick back in luxury on a great escape. The bathroom has a full-length bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet and basin. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV and a DAB radio. There is also free Wi-Fi.There is an enclosed veranda with stunning views over the fishing lake.
Kingfisher Lodge This two-bedroom lodge has a large main bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.The lodge has its own shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen/dining room is light, airy and is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven and microwave.The lounge has full-length bi-folding, panoramic doors through which you can access your own, enclosed veranda where you can sit and relax and enjoy the stunning views of our fishing lake. There is a flat-screen TV, DAB radio and cosy log-effect fire.
Skylark lodge has a large main bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a twin-bedded room with 2 single beds. There are two, single pull-out sofa beds in the lounge.There is a separate family bathroom with full-length bath (with shower-over), toilet and basin.The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.The large lounge has sliding panoramic doors opening onto your own decking, offering breathtaking views over the lake. There is a TV, DVD player and DAB radio.Pets are welcome in Skylark Lodge for an additional charge of £5 per pet per night.

Fishing on our beautiful lake is included in the cost for visitors staying in one of our lodges.

Day Fishing plus Day and Night Fishing Passes are available to buy for those camping on our site. The lake is fully stocked with mature carp, tench and perch.

Brook Meadow has 16 electric hook-up pitches overlooking the lake, with a further 10 electric hook-up pitches in our camping field, which boasts an abundance of space for family and friends to play and enjoy the great outdoors. Open all year. Fees - £18.00 no Hook-up to £21.00 with Hook-up.

Directions to Site - Located just 8 miles from the M1, 12 miles from the M6 and 5 miles from the A14. The site is midway between the villages of Welford and Husbands Bosworth. Travel east towards Sibbertoft and the farm entrance is 1.5 miles on the left.
