Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, David, Dawn and family welcome you to their spacious, modern farmhouse B&B with high standard accommodation with en-suite facilities, suitable for business people, holiday makers and families alike. Holly Tree Farm nestles in the shadows of Jodrell Bank with the famous Lovell Telescope, a stone’s throw away.

Holly Tree Farm is a working family farm, with sheep, beef and poultry. Guests are invited to explore the farm and meet the farm pets. At lambing time, you can watch the sheep being lambed and have the chance to cuddle and feed a lamb. There are also saddleback pigs and piglets, ducks and rabbits to see. You can help collect eggs from our free range hens.

Children are always welcome. Holly Tree Farm is a perfect family getaway and gives children the ideal opportunity to experience farm life first hand. The modern four bedroom detached house is adjacent to the family farmhouse, allowing guests to come and go as they please.
