This B & B has the perfect accessible unspoilt rural location, being easily reached from the A1, A17 and A46 trunk roads Close to the Lincolnshire/ Nottinghamshire border we are ideally placed for visitors to Newark Show ground, visitors to the market town of Newark on Trent, Lincoln, Grantham and the surrounding areas, or those just breaking their journey. Amenities, shops and services are never more than a mile away.

As a working beef and arable farm there is plenty of off-road parking, providing ample room for manoeuvring all vehicles and those with trailers. Parking spaces can be provided close to the ground floor rooms for those not wishing to walk too far.

The parking area is secured by an electric gate and CCTV. When staying with us you have a good choice for your evening meal. The Willow Tree -Barnby, Inn on The Green – Coddington and the Chesters – Balderton all just a mile from our door.
