Nestling in the rolling country hills, Lower Westcott Farm bed & breakfast can be found, lying on the Devon and Somerset border just 2 miles from the B3227 between Wiveliscombe and Bampton.

Situated on a hillside with panoramic views across the valley and the Blackdown Hills, Ann and Brian extend a warm welcome to their 300 acre working family farm.

The 18th century farmhouse is set in a large lawned garden, which includes a very productive kitchen garden that provides an abundant crop of fruit and vegetables.

All rooms have stunning views across open farmland where you can see the cattle and sheep graze at their leisure. Unwind in the evenings in our spacious lounge, complete with log fire on chilly days, before retiring to one of our two guest bedrooms.

Our family room has use of a private bathroom and our double room is ensuite. Both rooms are tastefully furnished and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
