Lower Berkhamsytch Farm is a former dairy and beef farm. We no longer work the farm ourselves but the land is farmed by neighbouring farmer.

Set in picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands. We are 1 mile from the start of the Peak District.

We are situated down a short drive off the A523, 5 miles from Leek, 10 miles from Ashbourne.

There is a field available for you to walk your dogs and children to play in.

Rosewood cottage is a tastefully converted farm building. It is all on the ground floor and is helpfull to the less able.

The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 double with 4 poster, 1 double, 1 twin) and also features a fully fitted kitchen (with electric cooker,fridge and microwave), lounge with tv/dvd and cd player, dining room, and a shower room with WC and wash hand basin.

There is also use of the laundry room (with auto washer and tumble drier).high chair ,cot and folding bed are also available. The cottage has its own private patio with garden seat and table overlooking the fields, and there is also a secure play area.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Food is available at the windy ridge cafe situated 1/2mile, there are pubs in the village of Ipstones 2 miles, and also in onecote 2 miles, all serving good food. The shop at Ipstones has a post office and is open till late.

There is a doctors surgery and dispensary 3 miles away in Waterhouses. Electricity and fresh linen inclusive. Prices £230 - £375.
