Springs Farm provides Bed and Breakfast (B&B) accommodation in Keswick, Cumbria.

Walking, biking or just relaxing, Springs Farm offers comfortable accommodation in our large 19th century farmhouse. Situated at the foot of Walla Crag in the heart of the Lake District this attractive working dairy farm offers quality accommodation in an idyllic location.

With walks on the doorstep and routes for cyclists Springs Farm is the ideal base for the outdoor enthusiast. For those requiring a relaxing break the peaceful surroundings compliment this ideal retreat, with the market town of Keswick only a ten minute walk away.

Springs Farm has been home to the Hutton family since 1924 and remains an entirely family operated business to this day. The large 19th Century farmhouse is positioned within a pretty courtyard with ample parking. To the rear a large orchard with apple, pear and plum trees is home to our free-range hens and is regularly visited by wildlife such as deer and rabbits.

As a member of LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) we conscientiously care (as we have for decades) for the surrounding environment and are proud custodians of our surrounding landscape and its inhabitants.

All our cattle and sheep are managed with maximum attention to animal welfare, our dairy herd produces high quality milk without being intensively farmed.

A secure storage area for bicycles is available. Laundry facilities are also available.

Other facilities include our small farm shop. Disabled access and stair lift, private parking.
