The Mousetrap Cheese shops have been serving the people of Ludlow, Leominster and Hereford for over 30 years. With the help of the wealth of cheese knowledge of the committed Mousetrap team, owners Claire and Matt Knowles want to welcome you to our fabulous world of cheese!

We specialise in the finest quality cheese. That's it!! (OK, so you can get a few crackers and a bit of chutney to go with that!) We champion our local delicious artisan cheeses, support the finest producers from the British Isles and supply the best of the rest from around the world. With about 150 cheeses to choose from in the shops, they're a foodie heaven.
