Fisher German LLP currently has 13 offices in the UK and the merger will increase their office structure to 14. Denton Clark, who specialise in estate agency and rural consultancy, have an office in Chester which covers Cheshire, North West England and North Wales.

Denton Clark was set up in 1947 by Henry Denton Clark, the grandfather of Edward Clark who became the third generation of the family to run the firm when he took over in 2007. The firm has acted as land agents to many of Cheshire and the North Wests leading landowners and is well known for the sale of rural property including farms and land. Fisher Germans current offices in Knutsford and St Helens will continue to offer Fisher German services.

Edward Clark comments This is an excellent step forwards, the merger will expand the estate agency and rural consultancy aspects of the business. Fisher German also offer in-house planning and construction services and have a large and experienced renewable energy team. They handle the sale and purchase of good quality estates, country houses, farms and equine properties and Denton Clark clients will now benefit from all these additional services.

Henry Sale, joint Managing Partner for Fisher German comments This is a fantastic step for both firms. We are joining forces with a very well respected firm of chartered surveyors who have an excellent knowledge of the Cheshire area. Denton Clark have an enviable reputation, specialising in the sale of good quality properties as well as providing rural consultancy and professional services. We envisage significant expansion in the region on the back of this merger.
