Three parcels of Welsh border pastureland extending to just over 18 acres at Churchstoke are on the market with agents Halls with a guide price of £8,000 to £10,000 an acre.

The flat, fertile land, owned by Wynford and Joyce Jones, is suitable for grazing cattle, sheep and horses and is situated on the southern edge of Churchstoke just off the minor road that runs from the village to Wernddu and Mellington.

The three lots range in size from 10.43 acres to 2.55 acres and access is from council maintained roads.

Each lot is dependent on natural water supplies, although a mains water supply pipe runs under lot three.

Offers for the land must be submitted to Halls, Halls Holdings House, Battlefield, Shrewsbury on a subject to contract basis by 5pm on Wednesday, September 28.
