I am looking for a general farm worker to join our team.
We are a small family coastal farm, located in South Cornwall. We run a commercial flock of 1000 Aberfield SR ewes, breeding own replacements and finishing lambs off grass for Marks and Spencer's.
We pride ourselves on a high level of attention to detail, using Agriweb software to make informed data driven decisions to push the flock forward in a profitable manner.
The successful individual needs to be self motivated and have the ability to work effectively as a member of a small team.
A general interest in sheep is required, however a degree of on the job training can be given.
Some tractor experience is required, again training can be given, but the candidate will be required to operate the basics (topper, dung spreader etc.)
