We are a 1200 herd of mainly holstein friesian milking currently around 1000 looking for a member of staff for milking & yard shifts. Willing to work early mornings or late nights which ever suits best to the rota. We are milking currently 3 x per day at 4.45am, 12.45pm & 8.30pm taking around 4 hrs per shift from start to finish including wash down. It is a team of 3 one scraping & 2 in the parlour on brush & cupping. We are looking for someone who will fit in with a mixed team of nationality. There could also be available cover for holidays/sickness someone that enjoys the calf feeding aspect of dairy farming.
