We are recruiting for a Pig Stockperson for a farming job in North Yorkshire (YO7).
The role will be divided between working across three breeding-to-finishing pig units.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of pig husbandry, but training is available for applicants with less experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with dry sows
Serving
Vaccinating
Scanning
Farrowing
Assisting in other areas when needed
Accurate record-keeping
A high level of motivation
The ability to work well within a small team
High levels of animal welfare and production at all times

Salary guide: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
