We are seeking a practical, hands-on Rural Estate Foreman to help maintain and manage its land, buildings, and equipment. This varied role includes estate and land maintenance, gardening, machinery operation, minor repairs, contractor supervision, and supporting estate events.
Were looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual with experience in estate or land management, good problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge of forestry, fencing, and machinery operation. A full UK driving licence is essential; relevant certificates (chainsaw, spraying) are preferred.
Package: £25,000£27,000 (DOE), 30 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), on-site cottage accommodation, and training opportunities.
