The Food Standards Agency in Scotland (FSAS) has for the first time published a report jointly with Health Protection Scotland (HPS). The report is entitled 'Infectious Intestinal Disease Associated with Foodborne Illness in Scotland in 2012.' The organisations aim to work together to increase understanding of how to combat the incidence of foodborne disease; one of the key aims of the FSA.
