  • DESCRIPTION
    The land comprises of two blocks of upland pasture that were formerly part of Clyro Hill Farm situated just off the Clyro to Newchurch road roughly two miles equidistant from the two and a mile west of Rhydspence village.
  • TENURE
    Both of the properties are sold freehold with vacant possession after completion. It is anticipated that the completion date will be approximately 6 weeks from the date of acceptance of the tender.
  • ELEVATION
    The land lies between 950ft and 1080 ft. above sea level with a mainly easterly aspect. There are spectacular views from the upper area of land.
  • SOIL TYPE
    Milford series sandstone which produces well drained loamy and reddish soil over rock with the upper land designated Cegin slowly permeable seasoned water logged fine silty and clay soils.
  • BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME (BPS)
    BPS has been claimed for 2018 and the purchasers will be required to ensure that there is cross compliance to the end of 2018 so that this claim is not affected detrimentally.
