Trading in shares of beef cattle producer Australian
Agricultural Co. (AAC.AU) has been suspended to Thursday pending an
announcement on "a significant transaction under negotiation," the company said
Tuesday.
AAC has been in a trading halt for the past two trading days, hoping to
finalize the transaction, but this hasn’t proved possible, it said.
