Bulgaria's Agriculture Minister Nihat Kabil meets Friday the director of the The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), Bernard Vallat.
The reason behind the meeting is the opening of an office of the European regional commission of the organisation in Sofia.
Vallat and Kabil are to discuss the role of Bulgaria in the implementation of the strategy of OIE for 2005-2010 in fighting animal diseases, as well as safety of foods of animal origin and environment protection.
Vallat is also to meet Bulgaria's PM Sergey Stanishev.
