Deputy Minister to address FUW AGM

A lively discussion on CAP reform, bTB controls and many other topical issues is expected when deputy agriculture minister Alun Davies addresses the Farmers’ Union of Wales annual general meeting in Aberystwyth on Friday June 22.

The meeting will take place at the same venue as it has been held for the past two years - the MedRus Conference Centre, Penglais Campus, Aberystwyth University.

Coffee will be served in a room adjacent to the venue from 9.30am and the meeting will start promptly at 10am with a welcome by FUW president Emyr Jones.

Mr Davies’s speech will be followed by a question and answer session and the presentation of the FUW’ internal and external awards.
