Equestrian stars to grace CLA Game Fair
Equestrian stars will be gracing the CLA Game Fair at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire for the thrilling Express Eventing competition in the Main Arena.
Famous faces such as Lucinda Fredericks, Vittoria Panizzon, Sam Griffiths and Ginny Howe will be competing in a series of arena-based disciplines including freestyle "dressage to music", cross country and show jumping.
Lucinda Fredericks, winner of Express Eventing 2012, is expected to ride her legendary mare Headley Britannia, giving spectators the chance to see this famous horse in action.
With a new team format and an impressive rostra of international riders, Express Evening is set to be a competition of fast-moving entertainment and talented riding.
Visitors will also get the opportunity to take part in course walks and to quiz the elite equestrian athletes, including many who took part in the London 2012 Olympics.
The riders will be interviewed throughout the competition, giving tips and teaching techniques while sharing with the audience just what it is like to ride in the pulsating atmosphere of the CLA Game Fair Main Arena.
Express Eventing Equestrian Director Stephen Renouard said: "We are really looking forward to being at the CLA Game Fair. It was great to see how much it was enjoyed last time we performed and we are certain it will only be better this year."
CLA Game Fair Director Andrew Crawford said: "Express Eventing takes centre stage during our first Equestrian Sunday. Equestrianism is part and parcel of the 2013 CLA Game Fair and Express Eventing is an excellent competition that can be enjoyed by all."
