EU Milk rage

German farmers have been urged to stop sending milk parcels to the European Commission by   Mariann Fischer, the EU Agriculture Commissioner after she received 1,900 milk parcels from angry dairy farmers.

In April the EU introduced a two per cent increase in milk quotas to meet demand within the EU and global markets which has been opposed by the farmers.
