Farmer injured by falling bale

A farmer north of Kitchener is in hospital with spinal injuries after he was pinned by a falling hay bale.

Douglas Weber, 32, was moving bales with his tractor in his barn in Mapleton Township on Friday afternoon when one fell. It pinned Weber on his tractor for about two hours until his wife Carol found him.
