Farmers to be briefed on livestock issues

Ed Rees, Chairman of NFU Cymru's Livestock Board will be the guest speaker at the NFU Cymru Montgomeryshire County Meeting at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 27th September 2006.

Held at the Elephant & Castle Hotel at Newtown, NFU Cymru members are invited to the meeting to listen and speak with Ed Rees who will discuss ongoing livestock issues, notably animal transport regulations, sheep identification issues, disease cost sharing proposals and market outlooks. In addition, he will be seeking views of members on the current review of the British Wool Marketing Board.
