Fengrain appoint new director with bakery and fresh produce expertise

Paul Wilkinson, former executive chairman of RHM Foods, has been appointed a non-executive director of Fengrain, the leading specialist grain cooperative in the Eastern Counties.

Mr Wilkinson spent some 15 years at RHM plc including six years as executive chairman. Since 2003 he has developed a range of interests in food and fresh produce businesses. He is chairman of; East Anglian-based Produce World; Improve (the sector skills council for food and drink); and the Big Bear Group which manufactures branded goods. His non-executive directorships include: IAWS plc and Thorntons. In addition, he farms in Essex.
