Agricultural enthusiasts should make their way to the South of England Centre this month as the South Eastern Prime Stock Annual Christmas Show returns to the centre on Thursday 24th November for a friendly day of animal shows, painting, sausage competitions, raffles and much more.
A fun day out, attendees can enjoy a variety of shows and displays including the Cattle and Sheep show, the Pure Bred Calf Show for Native and Continental Calves. Visitors can also see the Cattle and Sheep Young handlers’ show, where children from an early age handle cattle and sheep.
Competitions include the ’Children’s Painting’ and the ’Young Farmers’ competition, a Christmas themed craft activity. Don’t miss the ’Leonard’s Sausage and Meat Pie Competition’ which hosts 91 entries of mouth watering home-cooked delights to warm the winter nights. Treats include traditional pork and speciality sausages, beef and lamb sausages, meat pies, pastries, sausage rolls and more.
