Green power developer Energy4All, has today launched a unique new website Energy4All Steps to provide clear and practical information on the process of building wind farms and projects.
In recent years, Energy4All has received a steady flow of enquiries requesting guidance on the development of community wind projects. To date, Landowners and developers have had to find their own, often complex route to achieving this goal. Having the land and the vision to set up a wind project is one thing, taking the steps to achieving this is quite another.
Now with Energy4All Steps, the tools needed to advance potential projects are readily available. Crucially, the new website makes it possible to assess the viability of potential projects. Once a wind project looks feasible, Energy4All can actively facilitate the progress of the project.

Since then we have been flooded with enquiries as there is so little practical advice for wind projects out there. The Energy4All Steps website guides communities through the groundwork and enables them to test viability for themselves. The Energy4All Steps process will ensure that the projects that come to us have already been through a practical screening process for the best chance of success."
Energy4All, formed in 2002, provides the experience and knowledge required to develop community owned renewable energy schemes. Owned by the co-operatives it creates, the not-for-profit company is actively looking for new wind projects.
