JCB previews new generation Fastrac 8000 series
JCB will preview a new generation of Fastrac 8000 Series tractors at Cereals 2011 in the UK on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th June (Stand No. L1305).
This new range of tractors consists of two models, the new JCB Fastrac 8280 and the new flagship JCB Fastrac 8310. The 8280 (282hp (210kW) with 1195 Nm of torque) is offered as a direct replacement for the incredibly successful 8250, which since its initial launch in 2005 has proved to be very popular in all key territories. A brand new model, the 8310 (310hp (231kW) with 1310 Nm of torque), has been introduced to satisfy the demands of the progressive user, who is constantly looking for increased power and torque in order to enhance productivity.
Increased productivity does not have to equal increased operational cost. These two new heavy draft, high speed tractors boast incredibly efficient Stage IIIB/Tier 4i engines which will allow the machines to operate to their full potential whilst delivering significant fuel savings. Complement this with the new GPS ’Ready’ option and you can increase your efficiency further, eliminating any overlap, therefore eliminating any wasted fuel, time, seed, fertiliser and spray.
