JCB and safety wear specialists, Progressive Safety are set to target the agricultural industry with their summer advertising and marketing campaign for JCB Workwear, with a focus on farmers.
Kicking off this month with a three month national advertising campaign in Farmer’s Weekly and development of Facebook and Twitter social media channels, JCB Workwear is maximising its outreach to farming communities both on and offline.
In addition, the next generation of farmers will be targeted through a sponsorship campaign with agricultural colleges, where JCB Workwear will kit out the ’Student of the Year’ to participating courses.
The agricultural focussed JCB Workwear range brings JCB back to its roots with its earliest farm based machinery. Including oil resistant and waterproof safety footwear, protective waterproof, fluorescent and quilted clothing and accessories that are durable, stylish and fit for the outdoor working environment.
Howard Topham at JCB Workwear, comments, "It is an exciting time for JCB Workwear with our national listing in B&Q and our advertising campaign which has just gone live. We recognise the challenges that farmers face working outdoors and are committed to developing a hardwearing protective range that can withstand the tough challenge."
The JCB Workwear range includes jackets, trousers, t-shirts and accessories that are suitable for inside and outdoor applications, thanks to the high quality manufacturing techniques, attention to detail and top-end materials. Features such as triple-stitched seams, multi-pockets, waterproof and breathable fabrics and high quality zips make the range every bit as hard-wearing as the JCB machines.
