Keeping English meat on le menu
A COUNTRY pub theme will form the centre of the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) stand at the giant SIA food and farming show in Paris in March.
Plans for the show include a display of live sheep and cooking demonstrations with English beef and lamb.
MORE than 170,000 visitors had the chance to see English beef cooked and to sample the product on the EBLEX stand at the SIRHA show in Lyons, France.
The show is designed for restaurant owners.
FULL page advertisements promoting English beef will be taken by EBLEX in French magazines L'Hotellerie and Le Chef between now and the beginning of March. The magazines are aimed at restaurant owners across France.
