Mining blamed for lack of cattle workers
A recruitment agency says it is struggling to find qualified workers for the Northern Territory's cattle industry because of the growing mining sector.
Recruitment consultant Sandy Leach says pastoralists can't compete with the money being offered by the resources industry.
She says workers from the UK and South Africa are helping to fill the void for now, but its not a long term solution.
