Leading milking equipment specialists, Fullwood, has appointed Chris Stevens as its National Sales Manager.
Taking up the appointment in early February, Chris will be directly responsible for sales and support to the company's network of dealers covering the whole of the UK. He will also provide support for the company's activities supplying milking and cooling equipment on-farm.
With a BSc (Hons) in Biology from Bristol University and an MSc in Agriculture from Reading, Chris has a held a range of senior technical, sales, marketing and advisory roles in the livestock and associated industries - here in the UK as well as in Australia, Japan and other parts of the Far East.
After leaving college, Chris became a Technical Advisor for Tithebarn Limited in Cheshire, before joining Volac International in Hertfordshire as a Business Manager. Since 1993 he has held the post of Product Manager for IP Europe Ltd, during which time he has worked on all aspects of business development, including technical development, marketing, branding, and field support.
As well as working closely to help retail customers, Chris has also worked extensively with farmers, government organisations, Universities and research institutes.
