PAVA conducted a team-building event for its employees
Last week-end, Russian grain processing company PAVA conducted a team-building event for its employees. The six-hour training entitled "How to achieve individual and corporate success" sought to improve communications and solidarity between the employees in order to create effective, focused work teams.
The programme of the social day out was divided into four sections, which, along with personal knowledge and astuteness, required the skill of efficient interaction, mutual support and decision-making within a team.
"We were able to see results as soon as the next day after the event – in terms of corporate spirit and its impact on the sales progress. Such training programmes are an integral part of the company policy, as they encourage achievements in the workplace, boost overall productivity and loyalty", says Andrey Ananin, PAVA Director General.
Several methods were employed during the training – role play, working in groups, interactive exercises, discussions, case studies, etc.
