PAVA to launch gingerbread production in Achinsk

The Altay-based grain processing company PAVA is looking to start production of gingerbreads in Achinsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, flour milling plant. The new addition will support the company’s long-term growth plans, providing an increase of assortment for the local supplies.

It is planned to produce gingerbreads using Zhitnitsa flour – the innovative grade developed by PAVA - already tested in this recipe by Russian confectioners. Zhitnitsa proved a perfect material for the pastry which gains unique aroma and prolonged freshness.

Gingerbreads will be available in a variety of flavours, and marked by high dietary value due to live grain cells contained in the flour. Besides, the same baking performance will be achieved for a lesser cost.

PAVA Achinsk mill, focused on flour production, already has the gingerbreads manufacturing equipment installed. Now, the specialists are researching effectiveness of the project, and options of the facility upgrade.
