Exhibitors at the 2011 Newark & Nottinghamshire County Show (14 and 15 May) will be delighted to know that they will not have to wait for their prize money1. Thanks to a newly installed computer system, show organisers will be able to present prize money to successful exhibitors on the day.
Entries have been coming in thick and fast, both online and by post for the livestock and equestrian classes. Online entries are still being accepted for Dairy Cattle and Show Jumping; exhibitors wishing to enter should visit www.newarkshowground.com.
Newark & Nottinghamshire County Show is a great family day out at value-for-money prices; children under the age of 17 are admitted FREE (with an adult), there is FREE parking and FREE grandstand seating. Booking in advance will save up to £3.00 on adult entrance tickets.
Membership of the Newark & Nottinghamshire Agricultural Society offers a number of benefits including free entry to the County Show, the Newark Vintage Tractor and Heritage Show, Driffield Show, discounted rates on admission to other selected events held at the showground and access to the Members’ Marquee located next to the Main Arena.
