Solicitor Carinna Parsons has returned from maternity leave to resume her post as head of rural and agricultural affairs at the Everys office in Honiton, Devon.
A fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, Parsons specialises in agricultural law, land properties and commercial property.
She is also a member of the Country Land & Business Association.
Parsons, who grew up on a farm and is a keen horsewoman, also deals with all legal matters for equestrian businesses, as well as business diversification for farmers and the growing trend towards renewable energy.
She said: "I grew up in a rural environment and now live in the Devon countryside, so to be able to combine my lifestyle and hobbies with my job is a dream. It also means I have an insight into the lives of our rural clients and can understand their daily challenges and concerns."
James Griffin, managing partner for Everys, said: "We have a proud tradition of expertise in rural affairs at Everys and Carinna is a vital part of that tradition. She continues to successfully head up our rural and agricultural law team and offers a critical blend of personal experience and legal advice to get the best results for our clients."
