Rural business boost from VERSO

A new package of services aimed at helping rural businesses through the economic downturn has been launched in the UK.

The initiative, called ELMS (Entry Level Marketing Services)is intended to meet all a company’s marketing needs for a monthly cost equivalent to that of a junior employee.

VERSO Marketing, a virtual agency which is free of the heavy overheads that often make services too expensive in the early stages of growing a business, is behind the scheme.

VERSO boss Mike Farmers said: "The new ELMS package is being made available for those on the first rungs of the marketing ladder. It is intended to provide all aspects of marketing for products and services.

"Delivering ELMS means providing support with strategy, corporative objectives and marketing communications. It will ensure that client budgets are invested wisely to encourage growth and that a clear set of attainable targets are bought into by all involved."

The Rutland based businessman added: "Unlike the Government sponsored Business Link office network, VERSO is a paid for service that provides a high level of hands-on support at a budget price. Many of our team have experience with some of the biggest companies in their sector and it is this expertise that we make available to our clients in the region.

"We see very significant budget savings working this way and many say they slot into the convenience of the virtual model quickly and enjoy the change."
