Krasnodar-based beef, pork and poultry producer Kanevskoy has announced $13.5m plans to build a meat slaughter complex in the region.
The complex’s projected capacity is 250 pigs and 40 cows per hour.
The new complex will enable the company to grow its pork and beef production capacities by 2.5 and 3.2 times respectively, the firm said.
The complex is scheduled to be put into commission by the year end.
