Spanish meat traders learn in UK

Spanish meat traders and health officials were in the UK this week to find out how to effectively remove spinal cord from beef carcasses. The visit was arranged by the food Standards Agency following the discovery of spinal cord in 11 consignments of intervention beef from Spain since January.
