Suton at LAMMA 2007 – Stand No.404
Specialist sweeper manufacturer Suton is launching its new ECO 230 tractor-mounted sweeper collector at the LAMMA show (January 17 and 18).
This highly effective brush sweeper incorporates the latest design and material of bristles and also has a fully galvanised body to ensure a durable and long lasting finish, significantly increasing the life of the sweeper.
The Suton ECO 230 uses a new design of efficient and effective polypropylene 'ULTRA' bristles, which offer a much higher density and stiffer sweep then conventional plastic bristles, allows a much fuller sweep and removes the need for brush spacers. It also removes the lines that conventional sweepers produce during normal operation.
The new sweeper collector has a 2.3m sweeping width and can be supplied with an optional galvanised debris hopper. Once removed this allows the sweeper to be angled and offset both left and right.
Suton Sales Director Jeremy Lee says that the ECO 230 is ideal for operations in all conditions: "For any sweeper, simply because of the conditions it operates in, metal fatigue and corrosion will affect its long life productivity – the high quality galvanised finish seriously increases its life and durability. It also benefits our committed dealers by ensuring the sweeper will always look in pristine condition.
"We will be offering the new 'ULTRA' bristles on our full range of sweepers as they are completely ECO friendly and, unlike conventional wire bristles, offer no threat to livestock," he adds.
