Three blocks of land in Shropshire will be going under the hammer at a collective auction in Shrewsbury in September.

Leading auctioneers Halls are delighted with the varied selection of 11 residential properties and land on offer in the auction, with guide prices spanning from £5,000 to £250,000.

The auction takes place at Shrewsbury Town Football Club’s Greenhous Meadow Stadium on September 23 at 3pm

Two of the blocks of land are at White Grit, Minsterley, including 1.24 acres with the remains of former mineshafts and workings, which has a guide price of £5,000 to £10,000. The second block, 5.6 acres of woodland with semi-mature softwood species, has a guide price of £18,000 to £22,000.

The other land comprises a 16.58-acre pasture field at Mill Lane, Eaton on Tern, near Market Drayton, which has a guide price of £7,000 to £8,000 per acre. The land is well fenced and has a natural water supply from the River Tern.

The auction properties can be viewed by appointment with Halls’ offices in Ellesmere, Whitchurch, Welshpool, Bishops Castle and Welsh Bridge, Shrewsbury.

Auctioneer Allen Gittins, a director of Halls, said: "We are delighted with the positive response from property owners across Shropshire and Mid Wales and anticipate great interest from prospective buyers."
