BTF Partnership is offering for sale as a whole or in three lots Swanton Fruit Farm nr Sittingbourne, Kent, a 364 acre well established apple and stone fruit farm.

The property is for sale by tender with a closing date in mid to late May.

The farm consists of 206.22 acres apples, 111.60 acres cherries, 12.45 acres plums, 28.66 acres arable plus there is a modern general purpose building extending to 3,250 sq ft and yard and a mobile home workers site with 20 static caravans.

All of the stone fruit has trickle irrigation and is partly consented and covered with poly tunnels.

The land is in an elevated position and is classified as Grade III. It is a late cropping farm, ideal for top and stone fruit production. The vendor is seeking to leaseback the cherries on a five-and-a-half-year Farm Business Tenancy.
