Specialist countryside access consultancy ET Landnet has appointed Janine Averis as Regional Manager covering Central and South West England and West Wales. Janine will also be managing a number of other existing projects elsewhere in England.
Janine, who is based in Gloucestershire where ETL has enjoyed some notable successes, joins with a background in training and tourism. She has strong equestrian interests and an empathy with countryside dwellers.
ETL director, Michael Wood said "this is a strategic appointment for the company as we look to develop and improve our access and rights of way services we offer to landowners. We are delighted to have Janine on board."
In February 2007, ETL successfully obtained an extinguishment of a footpath at Naunton, Gloucestershire and has advised landowners in the region on footpath and bridleway issues, gates, surfaces and obstructions. Elsewhere the company has been involved in some of the highest profile rights of way claims and diversions.
