Fisher German riding high

Six months ago, Fisher German, rural property consultants officially launched their equestrian property sales team and what a great few months it has been.

To date, the team has brought to the market 46 excellent and varied properties. These properties total £126 million in value. Compared to other property equestrian specialists, this value is extremely high and places Fisher German amongst the market leaders.

Whether it is a pony paddock, racing establishment, smallholding to large farm or simply some land with equestrian potential, the team can assist its clients with the marketing and sale of such properties. "When we worked out our six month figures, we were delighted with the results, especially in such a finely balanced property market. The team are highly experienced in managing the sale of properties that have an equestrian influence and we like to think it has been this experience and hard work which has propelled such fantastic properties our way" comments Fisher German's department head, Robert Russell.

"We recognise that dealing with equestrian properties requires a different approach from standard residential property. Our team of agents have their own specific interest in this field and therefore have a good working knowledge to handle all types of relevant enquiries and provide the best marketing support for our prospective clients."

Recent additions to the property portfolio include Manor Farm in Gaydon, Oxfordshire. A Grade II listed farmhouse with two additional cottages, range of modern outbuildings all set in over 132 acres. A further prime location to suit equestrian entrepreneurs is Rosemore Manor, over 168 acres of prime equestrian land set in the heart of rural Leicestershire and comes with further planning permission.

If prospective clients would rather rent than buy, then Fisher German can recommend some superb options here too. For example, Home Farmhouse in Thorpe Malsor, Kettering can offer a paddock with field shelter for example.

"Our equestrian portfolio changes on a daily basis," adds Robert. "With our six Midlands offices, we have a strong regional presence which is supported by a wealth of expertise in agricultural and farming matters. What's more, we also have an in-depth knowledge on planning issues and an established reputation in the regional property market."
